Long Closed
Nevada protects its licensed casino industry. Idaho rules the model out entirely. Both have been closed for years.

Removed from eligible lists in January 2026. The change most players have not caught up with.
Open
Register, claim the welcome and withdraw normally. Nothing on this board is restricted beyond those four.
Age Limits
Most sites require 18, some 21, and a few states apply 21 regardless of what the operator says. The clause sits near the top of the terms.
Location Beats Billing Address
Eligibility follows where you physically are, not where your card is registered. Cross into a closed state and the account locks until you leave.
Lists Change Quietly
Eligible-state lists live inside operator terms and get amended without notice. We re-check all eighteen monthly, but the site terms are always the authority.
